Pros
Nice colleagues and working environment. Facilities are good but can't find anything more good side from this workplace. This is really terrible place to work in.
Cons
Poor middle management, too demanding which was non-sense and without clear guideline and instructions. I wonder if the top management know how bad the middle management performs which led to high turnover rate in the bank. Poor benefits as well. Employees are not being respected. Very regret to join this company.
