Pros

Would be OK for someone’s first job.

Cons

Welcome to amateur hour; it’s as close to high school as you could get (multiple former employees agree) . Unless you are in the “posse,” which is already established, you won’t be able to succeed. The worst is they label themselves “different” than other agencies when in reality they embody the most toxic traits. Will some do well, sure, will most be able to progress their career with fair compensation, flexibility and exposure - no. Inequalities for individuals here is HIGH, the favorites are able to weaponize anything to get their way. Unless this is your first job ever, I wouldn’t suggest coming here unless you’re desperate. Not only won’t the established posse wont make room, they’ll gaslight and gossip while you waste your time trying to answer what “empathy” means in the workplace working for clients who severely underpay you to please a management system who has truly no clue how to make an agency profitable.

Pros

Working on a variety of clients and getting a decent amount of exposure to the digital marketing landscape

Cons

They present them selves as a diverse group of thinkers and individuals, but in reality, they are nothing of the sort . They expect so much of their lower employees, pushing them to brink while giving nothing in return and giving CONSTANT priority to upper management. Besides the fact that employee turnover is at an all time high at this company, they insist on micromanaging office “aesthetics” it’s almost insulting.

Pros

The people I worked with across most departments were fantastic hardworking people who shared in the vision of trying to grow this company and make great work. It's not their fault that management doesn't know what it's doing. During the one good year I was there we turned out some good work.

Cons

The other years I was there were a mess. They overwork and underpay you, and then say "That's agency life!". But I've since worked at other agencies, and they at least have the decency to pay well while overworking you. Management is in a bubble and treats you as disposable. The main guy, D, presents himself as friendly but is a cold-blooded pyscho. The last year I was there they kept losing business, then losing good employees. Workers were obviously frustrated and they brought in the head of the Owning company. He basically just said, if you dont like it, theres the door. If you can believe it, that did not inspire hope. Mostly everyone that was good either left or were laid off because the company kept losing clients. Hold out for a better job, or at lest demand a lot more money, because you will be in hell.
