Great Job but not Career - Anonymous employee Hanna Andersson Employee Review

Hanna Andersson is a great company to work for, this is a company that care about their workers, there’s a lot of work life balance, compensation is good, and there are a lot of opportunities.

None that I can think of

Beautiful office, coffee bar, clothing discounts

The most toxic place I've ever worked. Cliques, feifdoms, power grabs, you name it, and nobody seems to care about the company-- the old guard is long gone, replaced by people more interested in feathering their own nest. Fobbing off your work on somebody else (preferably in a different department) is seen as sport. Actual conversation I had with the #4 person on the company on the back staircase after they massively screwed up: "How can I pin this on someone else?" -- that's when I started to polish my resume. The handful of good people still there have had the life ground out of them and they are just marking time on the calendar.
