      Decent pay, decent benefits, consistent schedule

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for advancement and difficult to meet management standards (coming from a former manager). I did not feel like a valued part of the team despite giving 100% of my effort every day.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
