      It's a great stepping stone to moving up at a good company. I recommend getting your toes wet here to learn more about the doors that can open. Fun and friendly workplace.

      Cons

      Getting promoted isn't always upward mobility - sometimes it's lateral. This can mean changing responsibilities or working at a different location for the same pay. But experience is experience the company does respect you.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
