      If you want to be a "good ole boy" it's easy to join the club if you know how to schmooze.

      Cons

      Just look at what the stock has done in the past year. Employee morale = DISMAL, Systems= SHABBY CONFIG AND SUPPORT, Pay=Well below scale

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
