      Some of the best reasons are the benifits and the flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      The only cons I noticed were sometimes the very early start time and the older infrastructure of the store i worked in.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
