      Company attempts to create good working environment, no "time to lean, time to clean" crap.

      Cons

      Management is improperly trained. At my store management was into propaganda about anti masking and starting unions

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
