You can get agression out on coworkers you dont like if you follow intructions above. 45 day reviews mean nothing you'll keep your job even if you crash out on the floor. Fuctionality means nothing to them. They just want you to look happy at all times. A lot of long term employees recently found how they were being paid the minmum of their job title when theyve been there for 8+ years and being paid as much as new employees. Managers think theyre your therapists Low pay Expect Barbie Doll employees and NEED you to smile constantly even while being sexually harrassed Constant sexually harrassment Managers could be key witnesses to sexual harrasment or assualt and tell you it wasnt that bad Stalking Favoritism for the barbie doll employees Will pick someone with zero expericence over you because theyre "more postive" Constant bullying and harrassment from barbie doll managers cause upper management only care that everyone appears to be happy Managers sit in office tiktok shopping for fake crystals all day instead of working Benefits are horrible. Expect the 401k. The "speak up hotline" is only there to make you feel like you have power over a stitution. You dont. You could have photo/video evidence of an event and they will do nothing.
