      The schedule is very flexible. Since you're 1099 you don't have a set time to be in office but they like 9AM-6PM.

      Cons

      No salary. 100% commission role. You'll be told to make around 300 calls a day. Not for everyone.

      Cons

      Dishonest. Upper management/ownership is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. High turnover rate because they only pay commissions and there are always issues getting paid what you earn. Stay away. The 5 Star ratings were submited by alias from Hanover Capital themselves. Check other sites and you will see more negative reviews. T
