Great place to work at for anyone with no banking experience or skills.

Generous salary and commission structure.

The pro of having a generous commission does not matter because you will never be able to close a loan here. They have no defined credit box and the sales manager is the biggest joke of all. He has ZERO management experience and leads with fear. Your job is literally threatened on a daily basis. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.
