bad management - Purchasing Hans-Mill Employee Review

In the maintenance department my direct supervisor is wonderful. Anything I need to do the job better I have the next day. I have made great bonds with all of my coworkers. The operation director is such a breath of fresh air. Logic and comprehension exist and we get things done as a team.

Overtime can be limited depending on customer product demand. Warehouse production area is not climate controlled.

Some of the coworkers are great!

There has not been a raise in this company in 5 years. They drain everything they can from you then kick you to the curb. They have moved families from NJ just to fire them. Employees are constantly being told how much better Chinese employees are. Every meeting is the owner yelling and threatening to fire someone. This company is full of unethical practices and likely will not be around much longer. Turn over is 85%
