I can honestly say nothing. They also promise pay raises after the first review. Nothing.
Cons
Upper management lies to hire. They lost money on a job and decided to make their employees pay for it! One week they want you to work 80 hours and then the next week, they say 50. Very inconsistent company. They find any way they can to take your per diem. After one month they docked the bonuses 75%.
