No real cons at Hansen Talent Group. The team is small, which calls for flexibility. But the team looks out for each other.

Hansen Talent Group gave me an amazing opportunity to jump into the talent acquisition side of human resources. The owner of the company took a special interest in ensuring my hire (as well as additional hires) was a good team fit as well as tracking my training needs as I on-boarded. Additionally, the owner has continued to work with me to outline future career and company goals and to provide introductions to great networking connections within the Columbia, SC area. HTG is a great company to have a long-term career with and not just a short job experience!

The work environment is extremely fast paced, as are most staffing environments. To succeed as a recruiter with HTG, someone will need to be extremely competitive as well as extremely detail oriented within their candidate choices. HTG works with a quality not quantity approach to candidate submissions.
