Pros

Onsite cafe was useful and fairly priced.

Cons

There are serious concerns about the leadership culture within this organisation. The management style is frequently perceived as dismissive, unsupportive, and lacking respect for staff. In some cases, behaviours come across as intimidating and counterproductive to a healthy working environment. Employees consistently work long hours and demonstrate strong commitment to the company’s success. However, this effort is not matched by any meaningful recognition or appreciation. When asked about simple team initiatives such as a Christmas event, it was stated that this had previously been done but stopped due to a perceived lack of thanks. This reflects a wider issue in how staff contribution is viewed and valued. Recognition should not be conditional or treated as optional. It is a basic expectation of leadership, especially where staff are clearly going above and beyond. As it stands, the culture risks leaving employees feeling undervalued and disengaged. If this is not addressed, it will continue to impact morale, retention, and overall performance.

Pros

Easy to learn. Accessibility and organisation is pretty good.

Cons

No training, get told once and from there you’re expected to know. Management aren’t helpful if there’s issues.

Pros

The majority of colleagues are good people, wanting to get on and do a good job. It pays a salary.

Cons

From the very top, there is a culture of narcissism and bullying; and some extraordinarily immature behaviour. There is a history of harassment, humiliation and complete indiscretion; overall it's toxic. Staff are expected to work additional (unpaid) hours without acknowledgement, let alone recompense. There is no clear business direction - a decision made one day will be changed the next. The principle concern is always how quickly the most amount of money can be made, rather than whether something is practicable. Corners are knowingly cut in the production process to aid the "quick buck", which means there is little regard for product quality. Tip, if you are considering a position with this company: ask how many people have held that role within the last 2-3 years. Although each time there is a slightly tweaked job title to try and disguise it, you may find the answer is surprisingly high.
