Hired such an incompetent manager when Andrus Asavi moved back to Europe. He was such a professional. It was a big loss, we should have had proper replacement with same culture and corporate identity. But we got someone from Jaguar( completely another level, not even close to our brand). We all know his previous salary and we know it coz of the budget. They wanted to cut cost which is ok. But not in that sense. The new manager is a racist, he bullies everyone, including women, one of the best female employees left the company because management from HQ didn't support her despite of the numbers she brought, (and she is top in the market) they refused to change her reporting line. He humiliates everyone internally and treats us as slaves and makes fun of Indians with customers. He is even digging under a successful lady in Pakistan since a while now. Alot of people left already. and funny thing that girl they messed up with, she took with her two of the employees with her. Tech team and Guy from Saudi. Kudos to her. Respect. Im scared to speak up but i hope that one day we will have a change. Before his arrival, we had such a good team. Shame for such a great brand. HR is another topic, we have outsourced HR for our region, terrible lady with zero sense of HR. Only transactional. Dont even want to continue.
