Cons
The overpaid ex-pat Germans. Some are friends of the Grohe family and have untouchable mentality. Favoritism with some employees while fire others easily. Upper management does not have college degrees. Yet, they require other employees to hold college degrees for career advancements within the organization. They laid off a lot of good employees that did a lot of work, then re-hire to fill positions within months. Good old boys club mentality. Some of the bosses were not easy to talk to.
