Horrible Work Environment - Sales Engineer Hansome Energy Systems Employee Review

Honestly only work here if its your last option and you need the money. This place will make you incredibly depressed. Everything is disorganized and the systems in place seem to change every week. You end up staring at excel spreadsheets for 9 hours a day with little involvement in sales to begin with. Most of the people here are very fake and will trash talk other co-workers behind their back. For a sales engineer role the starting base pay is very low compared to other companies and there is no commission.
