Management is rude and disrespectful and WILL NOT help you in any circumstance. Trainers are clueless and their mistakes cost you your job when management tests you. It is also the year 2019 and management uses intimidation tactics during tests in order to intentionally cause wrong answers from nervous workers. Management will call you dumb, speak about you in Korean, and never tell you what you did wrong in order to better yourself. There is never any accountability with the trainer who was practically falling asleep every day and would only train us for 10 minutes max on the hour, and then spend the rest of the time goofing off with coworkers. Avoid this place at all costs, there is only a 5 percent success rate that you will make it in the training program, not to mention wages are lied about and they will pay you bare minimum despite promising a larger amount during interviews.
