- Pay is so-so; this greatly depends on how you see this. - Incentive trip is provided, however, this greatly depends on "circumstances & regulations" NOT due to one's performance. - Overtime is provided, extra-hours meal is also provided.

- Management team do not appreciate their staff, and mind you, this is coming from someone who's been working here for several years now. - Your "performance" PURELY depends on how well you suck up to your management and superiors. If you establish a good relationship with them, then they'll be a lot linear to you and give you those hefty bonuses. Should you ever choose to just be yourself, be in your bubble, do the necessary work and clock off regularly, trust me! You won't go anywhere. - You may outperform all of your peers in terms of skills, and hard work, even to a point where you would skip lunch regularly, clocking-in very early to get more work done, but at the end of the day, if the communication between you and your superiors is absolute zero, then you won't go anywhere! This is the reality. - Apparently, all they care about is relationship and fun, and not business, at all! So, my advice is to just do the necessary work and clock off when necessary. Trust me, all of your "hard work" can easily be overshadowed and twisted by your superiors and management team. So, don't even bother. Please DO NOT invest your valuable time and responsibility in those immaturely and childish group of those so-called "managers."
