      Lots of training, working loads, different tasks, and work orders

      Cons

      Work overtime before holidays, HR and the managements never sympathize with us for too much workloads, and didn't want to hire more staffs.

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
