      Pros

      Hapag Lloyd is an excellent company to work for. The salary is competitive and the company offers good benefits and takes care of their employees.

      Cons

      The companies organizational structure is based on a global Blue Print which does make sense however this concept doesn't always apply. Deviation from the Blue Print is frowned upon.

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
