Pros
Friendly and supporting vibe. A lot of entertainment and activities for employees, organized by the company. Free breakfast and other stuffs, overall a good and cool environment, especially for tech-loving people.
Cons
Double layers of management, which made it difficult to communicate ones idea or issue to the management or to the teams assigned to handle such things. This created a lot of issues having to deal with costumers and providing service to customers.
