Mean coworkers, horrible training - Barista Happy Lemon Employee Review

The work place was toxic. My coworkers were mean and judgemental. They would criticize what I did, even though I was not trained to do the task. They would not really train me, just threw me out there with their employee handbook. I felt alone and unwelcomed. The shift managers would take the easy jobs and not really do anything, were always on their phones.
