Poor leadership, bunch of people try to control whole organization and all possible impleloementations without any technical knowledge. even if they are wrong, new joiners have to follow them otherwise they will ensure your tenure is reduced in company. Existing people think they know everything but they are super resistant to grow and dnt want to loose their control, they will play all sorts of game with you to keep control with them. Specially the womens in the leadership are super players, they are controlling the while organization.
