Pros
The employees of Happy Rock are all very kind, hardworking people. That makes the other issues here a little easier to deal with, but not by much.
Cons
If a company has good people working for it, you would think it would be a successful company, but the "management" i.e. the owners create a very hectic, uncomfortable and sometimes hostile work environment. The guidelines we go off of change every day, causing poor communication and a fear of getting something wrong. That fear is magnified because when something does go wrong, the first thing the owners do is point fingers about who did what wrong.
