Cons
The most basic standards for security and development are not being deployed. There are no financials available to address these issues. 2 rounds of layoffs have occurred in the previous 4 years . The perspective given in the job interview is very different from the reality as an employee. Advertising competitive pay but in reality at the bottom of the market. No proper handover and management just expecting you understand everything from the day you start. Lot of people leaving the company.
