Pros
The company does great in building a culture and having a lot of fun while working - people are creative, they have lots of opportunities to make an impact as long as they have a great team leader to count on :)
Cons
Mostly junior people working on important roles and managers with very little experience. There is lack of HR initiatives, no professional growth and feedback process, little respect for ownership of the projects. The managers have little direction and little guidance or leadership towards your individual contribution to the overall success of Happy Socks. Salaries are lower than the average market.
