Management, communication, and training are terrible. In loan admin, you get very fast and incomplete training. Management doesn't stand behind their employees and are ready to let you take the fall for either their mistake or their lack of training their employees. When policy or procedure changes, no one tells you and you are left not knowing what is going on. Politics are also huge here. Everyone will stab you in back just get a little further up the line.
