Pros

- diverse project set keeps things interesting - the relative small size means there's plenty of room to stretch out and try new things, expand your role – it's a good fit for someone looking to help build something - generally strong in the life/work balance department, though not without busy times - the team is strong and getting stronger, as is the business itself - kind, competent people of varying backgrounds

Cons

- having been here for some time, there have been very rocky times - it can be a very challenging environment for people who require a lot of direction or are not self-starters - still developing its company identity, or part of the identity is for things to be rough around the edges - distributed teams can be difficult to manage, and there isn't as much office camaraderie as some other companies (read: most people have other things to do after work than go out drinking together) - as noted, lunch options are best if you bring your own

Pros

There isn't anything to like about working here! You'd be better off staying away!

Cons

Contrary to the name of the company, HappyFunCorp is NOT a happy and fun place to be in. Employees are treated poorly and are constantly being disrespected by management. I was overworked during my time here; I had to keep up with brutal demands and tight deadlines all the time. What's even worse is the fact that the pay here sucks! My salary didn't reflect my workload at all, so not only was I exhausted and stressed out all the time, but I also had nothing to show for my efforts!
