Interesting projects Initial team interactions were cordial. The project seemed promising at the outset.

Cons

I was expected to leave a stable job to join this project, which carries a certain level of professional expectation but was laid off after 4 weeks without any warning. There was no proper onboarding—no clear meeting structure and no proper training. Lack of communication, organization and a blame shifting culture. Unprofessional behavior, no feedback, warning, or opportunity to address concerns. No formal offboarding, follow-up, or explanation—just silence, which is highly unprofessional. Overall, this reflects a trigger-happy approach to managing, a lack of basic decency and communication standards.
