Pros

Sexist. Had a wonderful experience there when supervised by women, who cared about my progress and comfort. I was even promoted twice.

Cons

After a turnover in staff, due to a lot of cutting corners (staff feeling uncomfortable that their licenses were on the line), my new supervisor took little interest in my grant, my comfort in the workplace, working towards my liscence, or my raise I was promised (and the clients were an afterthought as well). The environment I went to work in was unsafe, not just for myself, but for the clients as well. No narcan or even a first aid kit on site. I BECAME PREGNANT DURING MY TIME AT THE PARTNERSHIP. I WAS LET GO AS SOON AS I WAS 9 MONTHS ALONG. I was told perhaps I could go on unemployment for a month, and then the partnership may have work available for me. I stayed on until the very end of my pregnancy because I was told time and time again not to worry.
