Ability to help interesting clients and develop new inventions. No expectation for extended hours or unpaid overtime.

No standards for clients; management will take on clients even if their idea isn't physically possible. Minimal to no training for technical positions. Management will ignore internal complaints, and will openly deceive both employees and clients when it benefits them.
