Pros

you get an employee discount

Cons

POG guides are not achievable, inconsistent hours example this week 20 hours last week 35 before that 16 even though i'm always available, will work you night shift then day shift the next day,we run out of cleaning supplies constantly, not to mention all the fake sales we have every 5 days where the price either doesn't change or goes up pretty much just tricking customers until one finds out and blows up on you also it takes forever to get a raise and when you do its nothing to get excited about certainly not what you've been busting your back for...

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
