      Growing company. Good concept, need to resolve corporate growing pains.

      Cons

      Sr. Management has a revolving door of talent from competitors. They bring them in, mine as many ideas as possible, try to implement too many practices, and then fire the fallout.

      Management has changed. Store is in chaos. I've been there nearly 4 years and I'm very unhappy with some management.
