No active leadership present. They only know how to manage. They will stress that they are looking for leaders, but the moment you speak up and try to practice leadership you are condemned. There is clear favoritism. Even as an area manager you are micro-managed by the Op's and assistant general managers. There is potential to grow within due to company rapidly growing and low retention rate. However, if you can lay low and play favoritism you will be fine. I am a natural born leader with a masters in organizational leadership, I wasn't able to lay low and not address poor leadership. leadership is a practice I love. I Judge a company's leadership values higher than I would their processes and overall management skills.
