Pros

You get bonuses as a ASM and Supervisor every month if you met the metrics. Sm gets a budget of $10 per associate to get snacks every month.

Cons

The company it self depends way too much on one single individual. Were you’ll encounter having a call off and no opening or closing cashier. Currently in the worst scenario it seems like they dont have back up plans or even communication correctly sm got fired and a week later the DM also got fired leaving then in the middle of all of this kaos the sales supervisor gets fired leaving only 4 key leaders to run a whole store. No help, so my question here is what happened with the Great place to work Great Place to shop

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
