Pros
This company truly cares about it's people. The bank may be growing and going through some changes but it hasn't forgotten about the people that have contributed to its success. Management all the way up to the CEO actually listens to the employees. Open door policy.
Cons
There are honestly not many cons. The workload can be a lot but you are genuinely acknowledged for all the hard work and effort.
