Pros
Harbortouch offers a start-up type environment where you can make a direct impact on the company, but with the benefits of a larger organization. I have been with the company almost 10 years and have watched it grow from about 150 employees to over 550. As a six-time Inc. 500/5000 company, there has been rapid growth throughout the company's entire history and that makes it a very exciting place to work with a lot of advancement opportunities. The CEO founded the company when he was 16 and inspires loyalty to the company through a family-like company culture, as can be seen in the fact that most of the management team and much of the overall staff has been with the company for many years. Overall, this is a great place to work and build a long-term career.

No company is perfect, but there really isn't much negative that can be said about working at Harbortouch.
