Pros

Not anything that would be worth mentioning. Staying away would be in your best interests.

Cons

Working for this company was such a headache because of the lack of structure! Communication was terrible, management had no idea what it was doing, and employees were constantly being pressured into meeting vague expectations and tight deadlines every single day, etc. Leadership also kept making short-slighted decisions and avoided taking accountability whenever their actions backfired!

Pros

The teams do tend to help each other out to support the role.

Cons

- The owners are by far the biggest issue. Narcissistic leaders constantly demand more and more from employees while giving almost nothing back in terms of support. - As a result, people are routinely left to struggle on their own. - When things go wrong, blame is immediately pushed onto employees, but when something succeeds, management rushes to claim the credit. - That creates deep resentment and makes hard work feel completely worthless. - The CEO and leadership team provide almost no direction, so confusion and disorder become a daily part of the job. - Do not work here unless you are a new graduate trying to put something on your resume. - If you have experience, stay far away.
