The teams do tend to help each other out to support the role.

Cons

- The owners are by far the biggest issue. Narcissistic leaders constantly demand more and more from employees while giving almost nothing back in terms of support. - As a result, people are routinely left to struggle on their own. - When things go wrong, blame is immediately pushed onto employees, but when something succeeds, management rushes to claim the credit. - That creates deep resentment and makes hard work feel completely worthless. - The CEO and leadership team provide almost no direction, so confusion and disorder become a daily part of the job. - Do not work here unless you are a new graduate trying to put something on your resume. - If you have experience, stay far away.

The team that I worked with were great.

Cons

Training is none its learn as you go. No one listens when you say something is wrong when it comes to toxic people just because they’re a Vp. They say that you take things personally and you don’t matter. It’s like being in an abusive relationship and no one will tell.
