Pros
It's a job that offers enough flexibility in scheduling to be able to go to school and work at the same time. Most of employees are helpful and pleasant to work with.
Cons
Lack of respect from senior management and a lack of compassion for employees needs outside of work. They know most college kids need a job with this flexibility and they exploit that as they know most us cannot afford to quit. Also, people are regularly punished for requesting off. If you ask off for a day or two, it's not uncommon to come back and find you've only been given one or no shifts to work the following week, forcing you to basically beg management for forgiveness.
