Pros
There are a lot of great people working at Hargrove and you'll make a lot of good friendships so long as you have a team mentality and accept that the lines of personal and professional life will always be blurred. Good opportunities to work on a lot of cool projects and travel. There's not a lot of structure within departments so you can make your own path/salary to some degree. Also have had a great experience with flexibility on PTO/working remotely so long as you actually have time to take it.
Cons
You will have no work life balance working here, and you likely won't make enough to make it worth it. Given the industry you will not only work long hours and weekends but will likely be on the road half of the year. The employees in back of house and actually handling the production of the show do not get the acknowledgement or recognition they deserve, as that's reserved for the sales people and higher ups.
