      I was constantly busy, and able to use my warehouse skills in many different areas of the business as various times.

      Cons

      Seasonality of the business and the global economic instability of recent years made the sailing industry and yachting hobby somewhat unpredictable.

      Harken let me make my own hours, I was able to leave for appointments, work from home if necessary, and always make up my hours.

      No room for advancement, no employee appreciation, low pay
