Pros
It's very enjoyable and satisfying if you like motorcycles and dealing with people regularly. There are many "fun" aspects to working for H-D as in seeing many beautiful bikes regularly and helping people achieve what they envision as their "dream motorcycle.
Cons
The monetary compensation for helping people "achieve" their dream bike. After helping the company reap many thousands of dollars from an individual or group of individuals, you don't receive any compensation nor even a pat on the back. I could see if you were a standard employee and "just doing your job" tripling your salary in sales to justify keeping you on board, but if you are an over-achiever who does more than that....this isn't the place for you.
