Pros

I really like the Harley brand, the pay, and the diversity at Harley Davidson there's opportunities to advance within the company. I like the outreach Harley has in trying to attract more African Americans, Hispanics, and more women riders to its brand, marketing is second to none!I also like the discounts on all the products

Cons

NO SICK DAYS !!! this is unrealistic you can't call in without taking a disciplinary point . you cant leave to go to the doctor without taking a point ! even if the on site nurse advises you to go! their are some supervisors that will allow it but they risk being labeled as being soft. So youre punished for things out of your control. This new surge system has us laid off about seven weeks in a year which is bad in December because here in Kansas city our property taxes are due! and plus its the Holiday season and we are laid OFF sorry no gifts this year, unemployment doesn't cut it When we go back to work in January its balls to the wall mandatory overtime 60. 65 work weeks and we were just laid off ???? I understand the need to have a good showing for the quarter but it has to be a better balance.

Pros

My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.

Cons

I have no cons to call out based on my experience in the interview process.
