      Great at new business. Creative team is extremely talented.

      Cons

      Disrespectful CEO. Takes off whenever she wants and is inaccessible for days. Comes off nice but will gaslight you. Zero boundaries and doesn’t respect contract hours and availability. Speaks down to her team and gets in arguments with teams and clients often.
