Pros
I have not been this excited working somewhere since my first internship at a big software firm 15 years ago. We are helping bring complex abilities to the masses effectively raising the tide on the DevOps/CD world so even the smallest shop can deliver faster. The caliber of folks are high and the best part people are really approachable for advice/help/mentoring. True there is a low barrier to get "ship" done and improvement with iteration, etc. The velocity that the platform moves at is one to be admired. We get sprint release notes and wow, being in the software industry for a while never seen such cadence.
Cons
Joining an early stage start up, par for the course you can wear multiple hats and need to pivot fast. Though the team is there and have your back to be successful.
