I hear it everyday "I have worked for various companies but never have I been more excited to be apart of something like Harness" Jyoti is a fantastic CEO and the management he has in place is phenomenal, they all are very adaptive to your management style you prefer and let you work how you want... which in return gets a better yield out of their employees. Plus they just created a monthly "off-day" which allows us to take a break from work and spend time with our families!
