      The culture here is awesome. Product is great and is filling a big need in the market and they're adding more competitive products all the time.

      Not a con to report, but if you don't like the fast pace of a start-up it's not the place for you.

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.
